Booking Policy

Please complete the booking form. One of our team members will contact you within twenty-four hours to verify transportation arrangements. Your trip is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from a staff member. To cancel or reschedule, please contact the office at 843-629-7133. Please examine the terms and conditions of booking and cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled transportation service without incurring a fee. If a client fails to cancel and is not present at the scheduled pick-up location at the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Clients who repeatedly cancel services with less than 24 hours' notice will face service suspension.
